Why Indian products?

Fruits, Vegetables and other Agri products from India:

India is a major global producer of several fruits and vegetables. India has a wide variety of landscapes and climates, ranging from humid and dry tropical in the south to temperate alpine in the northern regions. Particularly Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala, Karnataka, Uttar Pradesh and Maharashtra are the states where major agricultural goods are cultivated. The fruits including pomegranates, grapes, bananas, mangoes, and oranges and vegetables including onions, tomatoes, potatoes, and green chilies account for the majority of India's exports.

Spices from India:

India holds a dominant position in the international spices trade since they are well known in domestic and foreign markets for their flavor and aroma. India's weather and environment has made it the perfect place to grow an extensive range of herbs which are justified by the variety of cuisine available across India. Spice mixes are more art than science, and each location in India has unique combinations of flavor. Out of the 109 spice varieties recognized by the International Organization for Standardization, 75 varieties are produced in India. Pepper, cardamom, chilly, ginger, turmeric, coriander, cumin, celery, fennel, fenugreek, garlic, nutmeg, mace, spice oils, essential oils and oleoresins are the most produced and exported spice products.
